Dream Baby UK allows you to order securely
online in complete confidence. The
Shopping Cart allows you to check and
modify your order before you arrange
payment and delivery. You can view your
order at any time by clicking on the 'View
Cart' link located on every page. When you
are satisfied with the contents of your
Cart you can click on 'Check Out' at which
point you will need to complete easy steps
to finalise your order. Your personal
details, including your credit card number
are kept private, and are protected during
transmission using SSL encryption, your
details are 100% secure.
Alternatively, you can place your order by
calling us on: 0870 609 3448. We are
available to take your call from 9:00am
until 5:30pm - Monday to Friday. Or, you
can place your order online using the
shopping basket and instead of selecting
to pay by credit card you can select to
place your order by telephone or fax.

DELIVERY
We usually despatch orders the same day and
deliver via Parcel Force
Delivery
Service, Royal Mail Special Delivery
Service or
Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery
Service, week days
only. All orders will require a
signature on delivery. Once your order has
been despatched you will receive
confirmation together with a parcel
tracking number used to trace your parcel
in the event that a parcel has not been
collected at the delivery address. In the
event of no-one being at the address to
take receipt of the gift, Royal Mail or
Parcel Force will leave a card to inform
the recipient on how that can re-arrange
delivery or organise to collect the gift
from their local delivery depot. At this
point it then becomes the responsibility
of the recipient to arrange for the
collection or delivery of their parcel.
In the event of a parcel being returned to us we
will refund the cost of your order. If an
error has been made or an incomplete
address has been given by the purchaser,
the cost of shipping, together with the
same cost for return of the parcel back to
us, and possibly further restocking
charges will be deducted from the total
value of your order.
We will do our utmost to make sure that all orders
are fulfilled and delivered within the
timeframe specified but should events
outside our control prevent this we will
contact you by email and arrange
alternatives. For example, occasionally
our suppliers experience temporary
shortages. We will substitute those
products for the same or superior quality
products. If we are unable to
fulfil your order, for any reason, a
refund for all monies already paid will be
made to the credit/debit card used. As
delivery is by Royal Mail and Parcel Force
we cannot be held responsible for delays
caused by the postal system.
