DELIVERY

We usually despatch orders the same day and deliver via Parcel Force 48 hour delivery service, Royal Mail Special Delivery or First Class Recorded Delivery, week days only.  All orders will require a signature on delivery. Once your order has been despatched you will receive confirmation together with a parcel tracking number used to trace your parcel in the event that a parcel has not been collected at the delivery address. In the event of no-one being at the address to take receipt of the gift, Royal Mail or Parcel Force will leave a card to inform the recipient on how that can re-arrange delivery or organise to collect the gift from their local delivery depot. At this point it then becomes the responsibility of the recipient to arrange for the collection or delivery of their parcel.

In the event of a parcel being returned to us we will refund the cost of your order. If an error has been made or an incomplete address has been given by the purchaser, the cost of shipping, together with the same cost for return of the parcel back to us, and possibly further restocking charges will be deducted from the total value of your order.

We will do our utmost to make sure that all orders are fulfilled and delivered within the timeframe specified but should events outside our control prevent this we will contact you by email and arrange alternatives. For example, occasionally our suppliers experience temporary shortages. We will substitute those products for the same or superior quality products. If we are

unable to fulfil your order, for any reason, a refund for all monies already paid will be made to the credit/debit card used. As delivery is by Royal Mail / Parcel Force we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal system.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are not completely happy with any item you have
purchased from us, for whatever reason, please send it back
for a full refund of the purchase price. There is absolutely
no risk to you when you order from Dream Baby.
Please email us at returns@dreambabyuk.com or telephone
a member of staff to let us know that you would like to return
an item(s). You will then need to print and fill out our
returns form and return it with the unwanted item(s).
The refund will go to the purchaser's credit card, this cost
excludes the cost of delivery, unless an item has been
damaged. In the event of receiving damaged or faulty
goods we will issue a full refund including the costs of
post and packaging and any other costs incurred as a direct
result of faulty goods being supplied. Please notify us
immediately via email. In the event of an uncollected
parcel being returned to us we will refund the cost of the
order. If no error has been made on our part we will deduct
the initial cost of delivery together with the cost of the parcel
being returned to us.

privacy. We will only use the information that we collect
about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection
Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons:
firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with
